To schedule an appointment, you can call us. If you are a new client, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete paperwork.
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If necessary, please give us as much notice as possible about cancelling your appointment to make room for other sick patients.

~ If your pet has more than one concern that needs to be addressed, please inform our staff during appointment scheduling.​
~ Technician appointments do not include a doctor's visit.
~ If your pet needs to be seen urgently on a fully-booked day, you may be asked to drop them off.​

~ We accept Mastercard, Care Credit, Visa, Discover, Debit, Cash & Check, except for American Express.
~ We do apply 3% fee only to credit cards.
~ We require all fees be paid in full when service is rendered.
